Meet Gina

Human Resources Leader, school advocate, community and culture builder, and champion of great conversations

Hi friends and neighbors, I'm Gina Fiorino. I'm running for City Council because the best ideas for community come from listening first, then leading together.

Bexley is my home — a place where neighbors look out for each other, kids ride bikes down tree-lined streets, and people take pride in our shared community.  I want to celebrate the best of Bexley while helping us thoughtfully shape what comes next. â€‹

As a mom, school advocate, and community builder, I believe leadership means showing up, listening with heart, and turning ideas into action. I don't believe leadership means  showing up with all the answers — it means creating space for everyone's ideas and perspectives to be heard.

Throughout my career in HR and leadership development, I've helped people and teams bridge differences, strengthen communication, and turn shared goals into meaningful action.  I know that lasting progress comes from building trust, fostering dialogue, and creating environments where every voice is valued. I bring that same approach to Bexley — working side by side with our community to shape a future that reflects the voices, values, and vision of everyone that calls it home.

I'm here to listen, learn, and turn ideas into action for everyone in Bexley
